The Lac Qui Parle widens out to become a large marshland creating abundant habitat for birds and wildlife. The Lac Qui Parle will empty into the Minnesota river 71 miles downstream. Many of the birds solely indigenous to southwest Minnesota can be spotted in this marshland. Turn right to look towards Hendricks or turn left to look in the direction of the Hendricks Golf Club.
